Refund Policy

Every project with Callen Westridge is custom work, planned and produced specifically for you. This policy explains how deposits, cancellations and refunds are handled. Your quote may include project-specific terms, which take priority.

Deposits

A deposit reserves time in my schedule and covers the planning work that starts straight away. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancelling a project

You can cancel at any time by email.
You only pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date, based on the project stage reached.
Any amount paid beyond the work completed will be refunded.

Revisions instead of refunds

If something is not right, tell me. Each project includes revision rounds, and I will work with you to bring the video in line with the agreed brief.

If I cannot deliver

In the unlikely event that I cannot complete your project, you will receive a refund for any work that has not been delivered.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
